Carl Bridges has been a member of Lonsdale Christian Church and Cornerstone Christian Church off and on since 1960 and continuously since 1987. He taught Bible at Johnson University until his retirement in 2020. He and his wife Ann, an artist originally from Water Valley, Mississippi, between them have five children, six grandchildren, and three great-grands. Carl serves as secretary of the church board and adult Sunday School teacher.
